The Aerogarden is pumping out herbs like crazy so I had to do something with the Thai basil, so I decided to make pasta.

Used the pasta roller to flatten out the dough and add the basil leaves.

Folder over and press down to hold them in place.

Then run them through the fettuccini roller attachment.

Finished product.

I didn't take a final pic of the meal. After a quick boil I added the pasta to a stir-fry and it was delicious.

Great job Dean! I like your ingenuigy! I bow to your commitment with the fresh pasta! I'd hit that all day long. And thanks for the idea!

I'm low brow and mostly use dry store bought pasta. But try it wichever way, with just butter and pepper and soya sauce. Or just olive oil or butter with italian seasoning. Beasts 'pasta sauce' any day of the week, or twice on Sundays.
