TD Entry: Baconfest

Six, I think it's just another tool. Is it mandatory? No. I smoked 12 pounds of sausage links today with the WSCG indirect plate in place. But, I do prefer it so far over the Weber baskets. I'll use it for any reverse sear type cooks or indirect cooks. For smoking, it will depend on what and how much I am cooking.
