Picked up this slab of ribs from a local meat market. I’d have to say these may have been the best ribs I’ve done to date. I don’t have any prep photos. I seasoned this rack with a rub from Notorious Pig called Hypnotizer . First time I’ve used this rub and let me tell you , it is an excellent rub. After sitting on the traeger for 3 hours around 220 and getting spritzed with water/apple cider vinegar mix, I wrapped them in foil with some honey, butter, more hypnotizer rub and a few glugs of an IPA beer. I left them wrapped for an hour. I then basted them with Traeger Sweet and Heat Sauce about every 15 mins for roughly 45 mins to let the sauce tack up. Enjoy the photos!
