Did a rack of ribs yesterday on the ole trager. Used mustard as a binder and hit it with some suckelbusters SPG , thin layer of Heath Riles Sweet BBQ rub. Let those smoke for about 3 hours. Had no foil so wrapped them up in butchers paper for 1hr 15 min and then sauced with Bone Sucking Wing sauce (Garlic & Honey) and let set for half hour. Good tasting bones
