I meant to post this last week, but life happens.....
Building on the cooking from Thanksgiving week, we look forward to leftover peppers from seasoning the bird, cooked in eggs. Along with the stuffing/dressing waffle and fruit riding side-car, the eggs have a flavor like no other.
I found the combination of the peppered eggs with kiwi an interesting flavor and bite.
