NICE!!! I love stuffed bells too. You ever put rice in the meat mix? I like that added component to the meat. Good looking family pics too. I noticed one of your "Eating Machines" is missing!:wink:

I always looked at rice in stuffed peppers as a filler, and I'm a more meat kind of guy! I figured the taters on the side were a good enough starch, not that I need any more...
