The plate looks fantastic. Nice work for sure. I SV most of my steaks any more then sear, but once in a while I go to the kettle and cook over fire/coals, the flavor can’t be beat.
 
Steak looks good, SM my favorite way to cook, been a while since I fired it up for a steak
