Got a nice hunk of skirt steak from ALDI the other day, and decided to use the last package of Yucatan style marinaded boneless skinless chicken thighs I got on closeout at Costco to go with the carne asada.

Marinading the skirt steak in a lime/cilantro style marinade



Onto the Primo for some heat
