Albukirky green chile chicken tacos

Nice weather today, decided to grill something and settled on chicken tacos since I picked up some boneless skinless thighs from Costco the other day. Albukirky green chile seasoning is one of my favorites for chicken so I mixed up an oil slather and marinaded the thighs for a couple hours. Grilled on the Primo, served with onion, cilantro, and the fire roasted salsa I made the other day. Served along some cilantro lime rice packet deal I bought at the store. It was alright but not the texture I like, next time I’ll do it myself. Regardless, hit the spot :thumb:
