Beans? In Texas?? My house My rules, besides I'm born in Oklahoma, beans in chili are legal there.
Lots of onion, garlic and chopped green Chile. Tostitos medium salsa for the tomato "layer of flavor"

Yup, yum call it whatever you want just don't call me late for the meal LOL. I been trying for the perfect goulash recipe lately. mI find to many of em are like spaghetti sauce.
