With some slicing on both ends of process.
Dinner: Flank Steak Roulade, aka pinwheels.
Butterflied the flank steak
Seasoned with Q-Salt and topped with the following:
cream cheese, fresh basil and mint from the garden, baby spinach, feta and goat cheese, pecans and minced garlic.
Then it was rolled, tied (seasoned with more Q-Salt)
Smoked with cherrywood on the Shirley offset.
Rested
And sliced
Tasty!
