I made a version of this last night and damn was it delicious. I love to use the wok on the Weber and this was a great application.

A few variations that I used.
1) Thin sliced a london broil and then velveted the meat before cooking.
2) Subbed green onions cut into about 1/2" segments
3) No bell pepper, because I forgot to buy a bell pepper
4) Used crimini mushrooms instead of sheetakes.

I have but one lonely pick as I was a few fingers of Buffalo Trace in follwed by a bomber of Ninkasi Maiden The Shade so I had to really focus on cooking sine the stir fry happens so fast.
