Have an abundance of tomatoes and basil, so decided to make bruschetta and since I needed to do something with my sourdough started it was time for some baguettes.

The wife wanted everything seasoning on one, so I rolled one loaf in the seasoning for taste. Excellent idea by the way.

Tomatoes, garlic and basil from the garden went into the masterpiece.

We had some spinach artichoke dip from Costco and appetizers were born.

We are also in the Bruschetta phase. Quickest way to consume cherry tomatoes that are exploding!


It's been a staple on the menu for 3 or 4 weeks.
Nothing as fancy as yours!


They look fantastic!


Have you tried roasting some of the tomatoes first with seasoning? Highly recommend.
