Smoked Prime Rib

Had some free time today so I decided to clean up the offset - hit it with another layer of linseed oil - and burn a fire

Since it was already heated up - figured a couple Oklahoma Prime Ribs were in order - easy cook (2 plus hours) - going to let them cool then break out the meat slicer and get some nice slabs for sandwiches this week
