That looks like a picnic roast or what my folks used to call a fresh (uncured) ham


Yeah, i don't get why there is so many different names for cuts of meat. I can understand the different names from one country to another, but from US state to state, it doesn't make sense there is no standard. Round here that's a fresh pork picnic shoulder roast.
