Smoked Green Chile Meatloaf Cupcake- leftovers

Amen for leftovers. Not turkey not ham but real leftovers. Green chile meatloaf with chopped smoked brisket fresh mixed salad and fresh beets boiled in lime juice water. Then drizzled with Maurice's Spicy.
