Smoked beef cheeks
Onion/Garlic sauté in Peanut Oil
Chopped Fire Roasted Green Chile
Chicken Stock & Beer in lieu of water
Fajita Seasoning-I used Bohlners
Chili Powder-I Used Morton’s
1/2 pint tomato sauce because it need to be used
1/2 Jar Durango Diner Green Chili Sauce
1/3 can of Bush’s Pintos, again they needed to be used

Simmering, to be continued

Whatever you call it, it looks great. You show great taste in fajita seasoning. I’ve been a Bolners guy since my days in central TX.

Damn that looks good. I've got to give beef cheeks a tryout but will have to call it something else so I can share it with the family. Also, how do you like that beer?
