Miss Short Stuff has been over for a few days, and picked out some seasoning for some wings.
Her seasoned wings with Williams Rib Tickler, Simply Marvelous Cherry and Naturiffic Hot salt.

The wings she rubbed up.

And she is cooking on the 18"

And they are done.

Rubbed up a hunk of sirloin for during the week.

And done.
