Short ribs

Haven't done these for a while. They have been looking pretty skimpy but I found some meaty ones last weekend. Smoked over a cherry-oak mix. Smoked some mac & cheese to go along with the roasted Brussel sprouts and cheddar-jalapeno sourdough.
