Thank you!! 2 days of basically non stop cooking... I'm beat!! And to think that a comp was the biggest cook I had ever done in January of this year. It's definitely different cooking this much meat at a time. I had 2 butts that spent 22 hours in the smoker!! (and I'm a 250-300 guy)
Scott, my hat is off to you brother. It takes one heck of a good man to do what you did. The world would be a much better place if there was more folks like you in it.
Thank you so much for what you are doing. The destruction from this flood was epic. I'm thankful my daughter's home in Dutchtown was spared. I know so many who weren't so lucky.
Thank you That for a great effort on your part to organize with your Shirley to feed so many in need. A tremendous, selfless, dificult act of love and kindness you have put yourself through to help. Thank you
Slicing was a pain. Pulling was short work I used one of those drill attachment things and a 5 gallon bucket. I just cleaned it up with bear claws as we made sandwiches. (stuffing and wrapping 700 pp sandwiches was a real pain)
