Picked up a little Aussie rack of lamb for the latest Throwdown. It looked like this before I rubbed it down with some Dijon mustard and spiced it up a wee bit!

Very nice presentation! So long as the little blops on the plate aren't mayonnaise with ketchup in the middle :wink:
I can't speak for the French wine though as I am a Napa Valley guy...
