...makes a great weekend afternoon! Picked up a rack of loin backs at Wally World, got Big Joe fired up around 2:45 and turned on Ole Miss v Texas A&M. Pulled the membrane and applied the rub, then in the fridge. I think cold ribs soak up more smoke.

On the grill with 2 chunks of of mesquite and 2 chunks of Hickory. C used at 290 for 2 hours then wrapped loosely with foil and 1/2 cup of Sort This Out Cellars Merlot.

One hour later unwrapped and meat side down for a little Shed BBQ sauce. Put some Brussel sprouts in EVOO and chopped garlic on 1/2 hour before unwrapping the ribs.

15 minutes meat side down then flipped to sauce the meat side. 15 minutes later, bend and break.:clap2:

Nice meal and top of the 9th, Ole Miss up 3-2!
