Get’n Smokey
is one Smokin' Farker
Rib Roast Prime Grade slightly trimmed and tied. Mixed up a nice Tx style rub and coated roast. Smoked with pecan at 250 until internal temp was 120. Pull and tented for 20 mins then reverse seared on the grill. Had bacon wrapped asparagus, fire box taters and angel eggs.
