Rib Roast Prime Grade slightly trimmed and tied. Mixed up a nice Tx style rub and coated roast. Smoked with pecan at 250 until internal temp was 120. Pull and tented for 20 mins then reverse seared on the grill. Had bacon wrapped asparagus, fire box taters and angel eggs.

How many lbs was that and long at 250F did it take to reach 120F internal?

That $206 price tag is a shocker!

6.89lbs bout 2hrs or so on the smoker but just guess’n

We ate it Saturday night. Then sliced the other half super thin for smaiches Sunday. Seems high but really not that bad compared to us going out to dinner for those meals.

Burger King is 60 bucks out the door for us.. :laugh:
