I'm hoping the Shirley's start building insulated cabinets. I have a step son that's a Senior at Alabama so there won't be any shipping fees involved.

That's a nice chunk of change you would save.

Heard through the Grapevine that this year they'll start doing one.

That would be awesome. Explains the expansion. I love my Abe's but might sell it to get a shirley insulated cabinet.
 
I was able to smoke some oysters at 270 today without water. Just had to limit the number of coals in the firebox.

brisket might be your biggest issue. everything else will fit. would need multiple cookers if you are doing multiples of big meats.

I'm already using 2 UDS a small cos and adding my Treager for chicken , if I had the funds I'd buy a do it all cooker
