Nice to see another SF in the mitten. I've had my patio for about 2 weeks, the taste compared to my cabinet smoker is hands down superior. Bought mine from a fellow brethren, so I did miss out on the experience of meeting the Shirley's but Ohiopit (Phil) was a great guy to deal with.
Thanks for all the comments! So i didn't quite get it seasoned yesterday and my sons double header went to one game tonight so...without any other meat, I am smoking hambugers and beer braats thinking the higher heat miht help the seasoning process. Can I call these little fatties?
