Props to 270

[Red Valley BBQ]

I'm currently looking at 270 smokers and am wondering about the capacity of the sumo and the mini. I also have my eyes on another but don't want to hijack.

SUMO: can smoke 4-6 Boston Butts or 2 large packer briskets or 8 full racks of St. Louis style ribs. SHELF SIZE: 4 @ 10.5" x 21"

MINI: will smoke up to 4 Boston Butts or 2 parted briskets or 8 racks of ribs. SHELF SIZE: 4 @ ~ 10.5" x 16"
