It’s going to be unseasonably warm with 80 degrees today, so couldn’t resist a cook. The Iberico thread last week got me motivated to throw on a slab of Campo ribs. Cooking with white oak and seasoned with Lawry’s and 16 mesh pepper. I haven’t decided if I’ll put a glaze on or not.
