Prime rib on this grill

Used the rotisserie on the park style grill. Everyone loved the prime rib. Would cook this way again if I had to
Just one piece of the fat charred up as you can see in the last pic but over all it was a sucess. Sorry no done pics.

Honestly if your up for a challenge and possibly have a great story to tell take the rotisserie and go for it. Keep the fire hot and enjoy the beach and some cold beer with your friends.

Good job. Looks like it turned out great. I guess it's all a matter of how much fiddling around and babysitting you want to do. But hey there is always some beer that needs drinking and drinking beer and watching food bbq is a favorite past time of mine.
