Cooking Class Pots BBQ & FYC BBQ Competition Class

Pots BBQ & FYC BBQ are teaming up for two team competition Class. FYC is cooking chicken & brisket and Pot's is cooking Ribs & pork. But both teams will be sharing tips and techniques on all four meats! The class will be held on November 4-5 in Cumming Ga.

Class will start Saturday afternoon at 5pm and run until 3pm Sunday, but we will stay as late as needed to answer all questions

Class price has been lowered to $400 for individual or $600 with a team mate.

We will be cooking a Kobe A9 brisket next to a Snake River Farms Wagyu to show students the different flavor profiles on these excellent briskets!

Oh, sorry Ron. The class was rescheduled for next year due to some conflicts with the location and a vending job. We should have posted on here. If you mailed in your application Pot's should didn't cash anything and tore up the check. We will keep you updated.
