Pork, corn bread, beer, football

Cool weather, 52 degrees with a north wind. Saw CSRs BOGO at Winn Dixie yesterday. Got a box of corn muffin mix. TV on, pork rubbed, beer poured, Joe coming up to temp. Great weekend. On the grill for an hour then in a pan with chopped up onions and bell peppers, thinned bbq sauce, covered and back on for another couple of hours. Finish in time for the Ole Miss A&M game.
