Pizza Day With the New Ooni

We bought ourselves one for Christmas as well. Been using for a couple weeks and really enjoy it. I currently have my first homemade dough in the fridge proving for Saturday.

Those Uuni 3's are nice little cookers. Those are some nice looking pies. This post reminds me that I need to use mine more often.

I like my little uuni 3 2nd hand cooker.
One thing, you definitely can have a beer while cooking. Just drink faster
And if you are into baking, try sourdough pizza!
And any left over bits of dough, turn them into pita bread

Good looking pies. I would not wait to start making your own dough. I think you will find it much easier to work with than the pre-made stuff. The Ooni recipe is a decent one to start with. I also use a full size baking sheet underneath mine to insulate it from the plastic folding table that I use, works great. Have fun and enjoy them pies.
