This was cooking from a week ago.
For starters we had stuPhed squid again with lotus root and shrimps.
Main course pekingduck with tjauw min,kaichoy/kaisoi and fatjong.
Dessert was mango nanner pudding with lychees.

Duck wasn't as pink as the Phirst time but it was very juicy.
Mistake I made was I grilled the duck aPhter I applied some sweet sauce on the duck...it got crispy but luckily not burnd.

Well thanks a lot, I have been craving duck lately, you have pushed me over the edge. I had to work over the Easter Holidays so I am off the next 4 days. So duck is on the menu. Thanks for sharing and great pics as always.
