Need advice with Brisket and Pork Butts for a Party

I have been asked to add Brisket to my party for this coming weekend for a party for 100. We will be serving the usual sides, baked beans, Mac n cheese, potatoes, Cole slaw.
How many butts and how many briskets should I cook? ....8-10lb butts and 14-16lb briskets...

Oh yea, there will be servers to portion out the chow.
