I don't know that I would make salt part of the name. It's likely to scare people away. IE: People tend to have this fear of MSG but boy does a little accent kick up their cooking.

I'd consider trying to find out in what ways it really tends to kick up the meat and look toward that for your name?

Also gotta be like 50 names in the hat but I'd love to try it if a second test run comes out
