Decided to try a different spin on pulled pork. Wife has been wanting tacos so here we go! Instead of the normal mustard slather, started with Cholula and then rubbed with Meat Church Dia de la Fajita seasoning. Went on the Weber Summit at 9am. About 3.5 hours later, into a foil pan with 1 stick of butter, a bit more Cholula, and half a cup of chicken stock. Going til tender now!
