Marinade Express question

The science of vacuum tumbling is sound and there is not need to inject. However that was based on a commercial tumbler that was $3,500. Correct the unit I used maintained a constant vacuum. Unsure on how effective the marinade express is.

Hard to pull the trigger on the product for $500 (with the chef drum) without knowing how effective it is... will it stand up to a 15 LB brisket???
