My neighbor Lady hollered at me earlier - she says " did you get a new grill the other day" I say "Yup , I got a pellet grill" she says "we got one a few months ago but it doesn't work" so I been Next door giving pellet pooper lessons to her (her husband has early stages of dementia -they are older than me). We grilled a cpl steaks - Her Cuisinart has a ceramic briquette grilling insert.

I always pass a plate of whatever I grill or smoke to my next door retired couple. In turn they keep the liquor flowing. Plus they’re my eyes and ears when I’m not home sometimes for days as they watch my property like hawks.
