Loaf Pan Chicken.

We took this from The Book by Chris Lilly, Big bob Gisbon,s BBQ

Made some Apple sauce and Mixed with some Worcestershire sauce .
Grabbed two Chooks and rubbed.
Added some of Tony,s Cajun seasoning and Squashed into some Loaf Pans.





Don,t get a nose Bleed, we wash our sinks.

Into the Acorn until some real colour.







Let them rest in the pans for a good Half hour while doing some Corn



Portioned and served.







Chook was very moist.
I did not like the Applesauce Chook combo but my Vonnie did.

Would I do it again.?
Yes, if I wanted to do a lot in a small area.
I think our normal roast is as good or Roti as well
Be a great way to serve Chickens as individual Tables.
Vonnie Raved about them ,but she grew up eating chicken with apple sauce.
She is feeding a heap of work mates tomorrow,
Was fun cooking it tho
