Had to wait for sons and mother-in-law to arrive (and she almost broke a hip while the meat was resting) and we got distracted. Here are the pics of the final product.

We had coleslaw, mac & cheese and two sauces. (Sorry no pics, the Band-aids and ice bags were all we could handle.)

The first was primarily cider vinegar with some ketchup, "browning and seasoning" sauce and sugar, salt and a tbsp of hot sauce. We served that one chilled. The other sauce was brown sugar, cider vinegar, a lot of hot sauce and molasses. That one was served hot.

Both were outstanding and my wife preferred to mix them together.

A good day on the smoker! X-Rays tomorrow may still be necessary....:doh:
