Inspired by my man malcom Reed (well, let’s face it...almost a direct copy!) a little different steak sammie...as usual with anything from Malcolm, it was ON TIME! Wife and kids at school carnival and we are in middle of kitchen demo and remodel, so here we go
12oz creekstone master chef choice ribeyes
Kids in the pool with EVOO, butter, wine, S&P

Boarshead provolone
Roasted garlic and hot sauce, black pepper and mayo spread
Thickest bread I could find
Washed down with a bottle of napa cab (kukeri...pretty decent) and at 6:44 eastern time, I’m pretty happy. Only thing I’d change is to pound the steaks out thinner and cook for 4 minutes vs the thicker steak at 5 minutes. Have a great weekend!
