I had a small chunk left over from the smoked corned beef I used for the hash the other day. So I sliced it up as thin as I could on my little slicer.
Took longer to clean the dang slicer than it did to slice the meat. :doh: Anyway, I toasted up an english muffin and piled on the CB
Next some freshly shredded fontina cheese (and a bit of cheddar that got in there from shredding the cheddar before the fontina)
Finally, into the air fryer on roast for 4 minutes.
And that was my lunch for today :bow:
