Looks great. I was eyeing up some lamb today, but hadn't heard much about it. You showed me the way. Will have to try the lolliepops next week.

my pleasure, mon! the lamb lollipops were the dizzy pig recipe with the coffee enfused red eye express dry rub. i had a little too much olive oil on there and that caused the huge flames that kinda seared the one side a bit too much. the farking bones on the one rack were on fire!

Nice looking lamb. I love the stuff, but can't get anyone else to eat it. I have done the lamb chops, but not roasted on the bone like that. Another one in the books to try.
