A mashup of locales, but a great dinner.

Lamb Kofta - 50/50 ground lamb to ground beef mixed with minced garlic, minced onion, minced mint and parsley, paprika, cumin, ground coriander, and ground ginger. Formed into a tube over flat skewers and cooked hot and fast.

Serving with Greek Potatoes (recipe from ShadowDriver on this board (Thanks Bud...best spuds ever!).

When my bride slows down in the yard, I will serve the meat on pita with house made tzatziki (Ina Gartern recipe) and split grape tomatoes.

Looks great - I ordered some huge flat skewers specifically for this -but they are too large at 27" and 1" wide. Did it last week with beef only and it was good, but not the real thing. I've got ground sumac to add to the spices you list.
