So let’s go to the Mediterranean!

Tzatziki is a sauce that originates in Greece, there is a Cyprus variant called Talattouri.

This is my version of Talattouri.
Cucumbers and Mint from our garden, along with Greek Yogurt, garlic and lemon juice.

Served with Lamb Shish Kotfa (seasoned with Naturiffic Lamb Rub & more fresh mint) & Butter lettuce, along with a side of yucca fries.

The Kofta was grilled over live fire on the Shirley SM Fire Pit.
