The "Cookbook Inspired" Throwdown is on so I opened up APL's Serious Barbecue book and turned to his Lamb Kebabs recipe.
I cut the chunks of lamb from a boneless leg and with the exception of using jalapeno instead of serrano or Thai bird chile, I pretty much stuck to his recipe.
