Nothing like coming home to a freezer door open and meat defrosting. Sacrificing 9 racks of ribs for the baws at work. Also the first time getting to load up the smoker since I added a winch to the trailer.

Happy Labor Day for to everyone, and hopefully you guys working are eating as good as we are.

I've been there as well and it's not a good feeling. Glad you got to salvage some stuff and no doubt the recipients will be grateful. Smoke on!

I’d work with you any day !!!!!
When you have that smoker hangin’ on the hook,,,,

Wow, that is some good looking food. I'm retired so no work food for me and we have no plans to do or cook anything special for Labor day. Just going to take it easy.

Holy Dina, that looks good!!!

Edit: Is there a link to the Mac and Cheese recipe?

No recipe, one of those semi-structured winging it.moments.

~1/2-3/4 lb sharp cheddar, grated
~1/2-3/4 lb Gouda, grated
1 quart Heavy Whipping Cream
3 Teaspoons sodium citrate
Coarse black pepper, granulated garlic, cayenne pepper
