KCBS BOD - How does one go about nominating someone?

If you go to the Sept 2014 issue of the Bullsheet, page 11, you will find an article that details how to nominate for BOD. This is available electronically on the KCBS website.

Oh the guy I nominated was willing to be nominated.
I just did the nomination so he wouldn't change his mind, which he still CAN, of course, but.....
