Looks great, but it looks like garlicy Pulled pork. Kalua pig should be cooked underground, wrapped in giant Taro (or banana) leaves.

Headed to Kona in January for our 2nd wedding anniversary! I feel a luau comin' on...
My taste buds are craving Kalua Pork! Watching them take the pig out of the ground, every time we go, makes the hair stand up on my arms!

Look up some recipes from hawaii. Luau pork is very hard to do. Most folks cook it in the oven though you can do it in a grill. For sure you need hawaiian or kosher salt. But the main part is using a bit of liquid smoke and wrap in banana leaves.
