Lookin' good Adams.

I'm fixin' to fire up my crock with 1 1/2" slices of pork loin layered with sauerkraut.

If the GF liked beans, I'd be doing what you're doing.

Really enjoy this using smoked boneless country style ribs as well. Smoked pig and beans are a perfect match.

Yes sir, pretty good sized cooker. Wife just delivered supper to some older friends with remaining. I didn't measure the quantity I ate, but I ate for 20-25 minutes. I kind of forget sometimes as folks age some tolerate beans better than others. This couple she loves beans and he loves ham. Neither want to cook just for one's taste, or in the case of beans- tolerance.
They sent us home some strawberry - jalapeno jelly.
